At Borrowdale School, all pupils have their 'own' iPad and a superfast connection to the internet.

This means that our pupils always have access to everything they need, wherever they are. The iPads are 'managed' by the school, which means that apps can be added and removed, even when the iPad is at home!

Class Dojo

We use ClassDojo to communicate with you (and your parents) about your learning. You will find a daily timetable and all information you need to attend online meetings etc on Dojo. Each child has their own 'portfolio' of work that they have completed at home.

Zoom

We use Zoom to communicate with pupils whilst they are at home. This will be for registration, but also for lessons and assemblies. Pupils are asked to attend with their camera on, but their microphone off (to stop background noise).

Lexia literacy skills programs are designed to provide scalable personalised learning to students of all ages and abilities.

Spelling Shed

The Spelling Shed is a spelling platform designed by a team of teachers. It is built with students, teachers and parents in mind and aims to make spelling fun for pupils.

Timestable Rock Stars

Times Tables Rock Stars is a carefully sequenced programme of daily times tables practice.
