Garage Band Projects
This term in our Learning Challenge, after covering the science objectives, the children decided they wanted to learn how to play an instrument. After 4 mini lessons on the piano (thanks to Maisey!) and then the recorder, the children then used Garage Band on their IPADs to compose a piece of music. They layered different sounds and used instruments and effects to bring their version of 'Jingle Bells' to life!

This week, in Showcase Assembly, Maisey performed 'Jingle Bells' on the piano! It was beautiful and the children loved singing along.
On Friday, we set up a super comfy reading corner in our classroom and really enjoyed reaching Michael Morpurgo’s version of ‘The Pied Piper’ together. Molly directed and led a freeze frame which can be seen below!
