Years 5 & 6 had a wonderful trip to London! We took in all the sights: Tower Bridge, the London Eye, St. Paul's Cathedral, the Tower of London and many more. We visited the Houses of Parliament and learned all about democracy and campaigning. Kew Gardens was a revelation; huge glass houses, a metal walk-in hive and the very humid palm house!
The Natural History and Imperial War Museums had amazing exhibits, prompting lots of interesting conversations. Matilda was most definitely a highlight! The set was phenomenal, as were the singing and dancing. Miss Trunchbull was highly entertaining! The children were all wonderful travelling companions; interested, enthusiastic and very well behaved!
